Return and refund

In accordance with the provisions of O.U.G. 34/2014, products purchased online can be returned without citing any reason within 10 calendar days from the date of purchase. In the case of training programs, the return within the 10-day limit is conditional on not starting the programme, if the programme is scheduled during the 10-day period. After the expiration of the 10-day period, products paid for may be returned only in cases of force majeure as defined by law, which include but are not limited to death, illness or unemployment. In the case of training programs, costs will only be refunded provided that force majeure has been invoked at least 12 hours before the start of the training program.

If you want a refund for a purchased product, please send us an email to rezervari@d2l.ro in which you mention the following: rezervari@d2l.ro în care să menționezi următoarele lucruri:

• Full name
• The email address used when you bought the product and the order number received by email
• The IBAN where you want us to return the cost of the course, in the case of payment by bank transfer; in the case of the purchase with the card, the refund will be made to the same account from which the payment was made

The value of the product will be refunded within 10 working days of receiving the refund request.
